They come to mow my lawn once a week; it's the same day every week and I don't need to be here; which is a plus for me; then at the end of the month they mail me out a invoice.  I also have them fertilizer 5 times a year; they call the night before to let me know they are coming and approximately what time. They know I have dogs so if they are running late they call and let me know so I can be sure the dogs can go out before they come do the service. "I've used them every 6 weeks for the last year and a half. I haven't decided if I'm gong to continue to use them. On more than one occasion, we've had to call them back because they left fertilizer all over the sidewalks and patios. They also didn't spray for the weeds. They have very responsive whenever we've had to call them back but I don't want to constantly call them back to do their job. I can't say that the lawn has improved dramatically since they have been coming."
