"I call this company and the next day they were here and gave us a bid and then then started the work the following day. We asked them to put in a new water system for us because our old one was so old. They laid out the idea and went to work. They were working all the time and had the system in in just 2 1/2 days. We did have some sprinker heads that didn't work and a pipe break due to the manufacture, that they replaced and our system is working great. I would recommend them to my friends and family."

We had a major landscaping upgrade in our backyard that involved multiple retaining walls, soil grading, underground trampoline installation, and sod and irrigation installation. They not only started and finished on time, but the end result was better than anticipated thanks to Fred’s vision and esthetic foresight. The price was fair, and they never tried adjusting the original price, despite a heavier than anticipated underground root system they had to dig out with the excavator. After it was finished, I decided I wanted to add a little more sod to a section of the yard I originally told them not to. Fred had no problem ordering the extra sod for me and delivering it to my house. It was a very positive and professional experience. I will definitely be using Good Samaritan for my future landscaping and outdoor needs."

Few yellow spots, but I’m not sure if that is due to lack of coverage, the grass needing more time to recover or a lawn disease. I think the quality is good though. He was very easy to work with. He showed up on time and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. I had a sprinkler that wasn’t spraying and he fixed it quickly. He guarantees his work for a year. His price was good. I would recommend him."

"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!
