"The crew did a good job on tree removal and stump grinding. Almost every tree and shrub they trimmed was damaged. No limb was removed correctly. They cut to close to the trunk which weakens the tree when the limb shrinks or they left the limb to long. Bark around the limbs that were trimmed was damaged in some cases extensively. They cut two limbs on a apple tree in the middle of the limb and left all the suckers at the base of the tree untrimmed. They trimmed a shrub that had nice rounded shape flat across the top. They used chain saws without standard safety equipment such as eye and hearing protection and they were using them in a manner that made us concerned for our liability. They didn't seem to have even a basic understanding of how to trim to keep trees and shrubs well shaped and healthy. They did arrive on time."
