"Steven Letz is a master of his craft and we ABSOLUTELY were happy with his services and suggestions. He began by getting a feel for our vision for the space and how we might want to utilize different areas of the yard. He truly listens to your desires and plans. He took our original ideas and enhanced what we were looking for. In the end we had something very similar to how we wanted to use the space, but it was way better with his suggestions. He really strives to keep true to what you envision, but then the process evolves into a very amazing sketch and design. As far as knowledge of plant material and landscaping, he is masterful and very organized. You give him a specific idea for a plant such as coloring, width, height, hardiness, maintenance, etc. and he will find you a picture and a name of a plant/flower that was almost as if he climbed into your mind and pulled the image out himself. <br /> We received a wonderful scale size sketch of a plan with suggested planting materials and landscape design. "We hired Install It Direct and Ronald Dombroski for our backyard remodel in 2012. His collaborative approach to Design, Function and Budget was stress free and a fun process. All we had in our backyard was a small concrete pad provided by the builder. Our goal was to increase our patio space. What we ended up with was an amazing yard that guided us to unused spaces. In one corner a sitting area, in the other a beautiful gas fire pit and seating area. The two spaces were tied together with a sitting wall and a water feature. Your Designer/Estimator is with you from the initial meeting to the completed project. It is very comforting having your Designer as your Project Manager. The installation team was very skilled and professional. They communicated with us daily and took pride in their work. We have since moved from our home and our new home already had a completed front and backyard. Our new home looked amazing during the day but nighttime was a different story. We really could not use our backyard because it was too dark. The home had lights at the front door, back, garage and several wall lights around the pool. The front and back were dark and uninviting. We remembered Ron had a passion for lighting so we called him out for a visit. Their approach to lighting is to create a portrait with your yard. The lighting highlights the features of your home while making the space warm and inviting. The fixtures they installed are performing great. In 2012 LED lighting was not cost effective. Today we have great LED lights that are very efficient and budget friendly. Some unique features we now have are hanging lights from our wooden pergola and lights placed in our rain gutters to highlight our dormers and and cast shadows on our roof shingles. "<p>Kirk was prompt, very thorough and professional.  He asked a lot of questions that helped me determine exactly the type of landscaping and lighting that I wanted and made suggestions that would make it possible to achieve the design within my budget.  He was accessible throughout the design process and readily made changes we discussed when reviewing the plan drafts.  He provided me with two copies of the completed  plans.  The contractor who will be doing the work was very impressed with the quality and detail of the plans.  I could not have been happier with the experience or the results.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"We started off with a consultation that was very thorough. No rendering was provided. This might have been helpful to envision the overall finished product. After our consultation, we were provided a general manager/contractor. Work started shortly thereafter, and the initial demolition and installation was extraordinarily fast!  <br /> The quality of work and install was first rate! They do a phenomenal job. It is absolutely a pleasure to show our yard to neighbors and friends. The functionality and transformation from what used to be a largely unusable dirt yard is a welcome relief. The artificial turf is a nice alternative and change from the yard that is primarily hard-scaped. <br /> 80-90% of the job was completed within the first week and a half. It was the minor details and finishing touches that took over a month to complete. We were needing to have the pavers sealed, the steps to the second level completed, and patchwork completed on the retaining wall. There were multiple appointments made that were never kept, there were times that were missed, and there were days we were expecting the work to be completed and no one would show up. Calls were made and texts were left to no avail. Eventually calls were made to management to intervene and finally the last items were addressed. <br /> Aside from these inconveniences and missed opportunities for transparent and prompt communication, we are very pleased with the work and the overall cost. Their expertise and experience are very evident in the quality of the work. It seems like the paver system was always part of the original design of our home. They know exactly what you are looking for and then they improve upon what you have described. <br /> I would be happy to use System Pavers again in the near future and would recommend them for you to use them for your landscaping, paving, artificial turf, and outdoor design. I am certain, in the end, you will be happy with the work and the investment. <br />"
