"I was signed up on their lawn maintainance and sprinkler seasonal service plan. But I moving to a different company due to a recent service. The man they sent out was surly and very unprofessional, to the point when I asked him questions about the service, he turned confrontational. Don’t need that, will look for a company that values professionalism and good service."

"When I first called, he was busy but called me right back. Scheduled a time for him to come out & give me a quote. He was late & I had to call him to ask if he was still showing up. Day he was supposed to come out it rained, so I knew he wouldn't be out. He stopped by & told my spouse he'd be by the next day. The next day he didn't show up during the time frame he said so I called him & he said his employees didn't show up but he'd be out the next day. He did show up the next day. His employees were in such a rush or just didn't care & broke a flower pot & tore up my fire pit but didn't say anything about it prior to leaving. It was noticed by my spouse after they'd left. When spouse inquired about them returning on a regular basis, they said they don't do lawn service, they are primarily a tree service company. I am now having to replace the broken flower pot AND find someone to mow my lawn on a regular basis. Not happy with the overall job performed. I will NOT call them again for ANY work. Not punctual. Didn't clean walkways of grass clippings. Broke something & left without telling anyone.

"They were wonderful!  They showed up when they said they would, charged exactly what they said they would; did MORE than they said they would! You can't beat that!  They were professional and polite, both the workers in my yard and the customer service people on the phone.

"They were excellent. I called yesterday in the morning to get on the schedule. The scheduler called just a few minutes later with a next day appointment between 8 and 10 am. They rang the bell at 8 am. Fixed it and was gone in an hour and 15 minutes later. My husband was thrilled!"

"The first problem was that it was hard to find someone to help me, even though there were hardly any other customers. I had to go back inside and the only person who could help me was the lady running the cash register. She was distracted because she had to get back to the cash register, so she turned me over to someone else. The person she switched me over to didn't know about plants.
I left there feeling very frustrated and feeling like I wished I hadn't gone. The plants I ended up with I'm not all that happy with. I was disappointed in them, this isn't the first time this has happened."

"I got the materials and Green Meadows Lawn & Landscaping built a new deck. I got railroad ties for the different levels around our garden. We took all the little step stones out and Green Meadows put a wide walkway down with lots of steps. They made it much nicer than it was before. They worked their tails off. It was 110 Degrees almost every day and they worked for many hours, and worked hard for all the time they were here. I gave them the ability to come in and use the rest room and they never did. They did their work and left and that was it. They were very nice guys, everybody they had working for them was very nice and friendly. My grandkids were here half of the summer and they would go out and drive them nuts, I'm sure, and they were so nice to my grandkids. They went out to fish on the dock and they caught a fish. One of the guys went out and helped them take the fish off the hook. They were just really friendly guys and really considerate of everybody. They let the boys watch as much as they wanted to, and my grandsons are quite small. We had one problem, when they planted something I didn't want. Our back yard was just covered in rose bushes and I wanted all of that ripped out, which they did. I wanted nothing that had a thorn in it out in the back yard because I knew the boys would be out there all the time this summer. When they replanted, they put some of the rose bushes back in. I've discussed it with them and when the freeze is over they're going to come back out and replace them."

"I emailed them for an estimate. They called 3-4 days later to set up an appointment. My options were to pay them $150 to come out and do the estimate, or I could go to them for free with my measurements and layout drawn out for them. I thanked the gal for her time and said no thank you. She asked why, I told her other contractors came out for free for the same thing. We did not want a landscape design. She wanted to be competitive so she said they would come out for free for this simple job. I had to give her whatever info I could over the phone, including what kind of stamp I wanted, without seeing a stamp or color chart. She arranged for someone to come by the next morning when we were not home to do the estimate. The quote was nice, very detailed and professional with a drawing of the work on it.
However, their price was double what others were charging. I didn't like that there was no personal interaction. The others we spoke to came out right away and were very friendly and helpful. David did have some advice to us on what to watch out for with other contractors, which I appreciated. But our other bids took the same issues into consideration. I was disappointed, I wanted to use a local vendor for the job but can't justify double the price.
I have seen his work in person, he did a neighbors patio and it's beautiful. Our neighbor was thrilled with the work.
