If he wasn't happy with how it looked, he kept at it until it was perfect. If we didn't like how something was looking, it did not bother him at all to redo. He even took the time to explain and/or teach us why he was doing something. His helpers were fun to have around and worked hard while they were here and were very clean even for a construction site. Ken even took the time to address a couple of other problems we were having with the house and gave us tips and ideas on how to repair them. <br />"
