The job was done efficiently and within the 2 hour approx estimated time. "TERRIBLE!!! I have had weekly cleanings since May. I would have fired them sooner but am recovering from breast cancer & needed the help. The cleaning team comes at the wrong time, then I am charged for rescheduling. But Merry Maids skips a cleaning because they're short staffed or forget about a holiday, Merry Maids cancels with no recourse. They always miss something (floors, trash, dusting, toilets) & then when your contractual obligation is up they increase the price. If you complain about poor service or fail to give the team a tip you be targeted. Absolutely the worst cleaning company I've ever worked with."
