The dispatcher called Shawn who was in High Point on an emergency call. Shawn called me right back and came right after he finished his appointment. Although he had not spoken with me about what I needed done, he was very professional, walked around with me to see what my needs were. It was a big job which would take several hours. Fortunately he had the hardware to do the job on the truck. He got started right away and finished in the time he had estimated. I was prepared to pay the cost (not having done this before). The way he handled the unscheduled job which took a few hours and the efficiency with which he made the installations and his pleasant and professional demeanor was worth every cent. He also informed me of their guarantee if anything did not work properly. I was very pleased because I was unscheduled and I was expecting to be rescheduled for next week since this is a holiday weekend. They came out that day before I even returned home and was finishing up the repair, which required even more yard to be dug up. I was very relieved to see it had been handled that day. "Instead of being two hours of service, they announced to me when they arrived at our house that it was actually one hour with two people; I wish they would have told us that in advance and we would have planned differently.  And in that one hour, one guy stood around watching/directing the other guy to do the work (I didn't see him actually do anything in the hour), and so we do not feel that we got what we paid for.  On top of that, they botched the wiring, with no offer to stay or come back to fix it, so we had to pay someone else to come and do it. The guys, however, were friendly and gave us some useful advice on some lighting design, and they did not leave a mess from their service. <br />"
