Provided me with excellent tips and suggestions that were very beneficial helpful for safety of my family that saved me money. Did not seem to be trying to overprice me. Explained in detained all costs. Did an excellent job repairing my outside lighting system that had been not operating for over a year. Went beyond what I asked him to do by even burying the cable wiring under red rocks. Very impressive work. Would recommend for any professional and residential service work. "20lb light fixture was to be swagged and cord was too short. The electirician did the best he could do in the circumstances, still it was almost $400 for an hour's work to hang a very simple fixture and install a light switch. The assistant didn't do much. I had to take it all down and re-do it over the weekend. Felt like we paid way too much. Waste of money and they should have told us that when they showed up - a professional would have. They offered to re-hang the fixture at no additional cost, but no apology or offer of refund. We were blamed, as the customer, for not measuring the wire length first. Silly us for trusting the manufacturer. Ugh. Enough venting. These guys were still way too expensive."
