I assumed that since I was having the inside and the outside did that would have included the outside tracks of the sliders. Apparently, it did not. PS. "My wife and I have lived in this home for 42 years...it's a tri-level with lots of windows, a number facing East that catches the morning sunrises which highlight film and dust. Every other year we have our windows cleaned by a "professional" window cleaning business. Normally, we have accepted the residual water stains, smudges and streaks. This individual goes one step further. Besides first using a soapy cleaning solution and wiping it off like all of our other cleaners have and then they were done, he then applies a glass polishing compound, lets it dry and then hand buffs it...inside and out. The result is spotless windows. Most of our previous cleaners were finished within 2 to 2 1/2 hours....this gentleman was here from 12:00 to 4:00 and his bid was was most competitive with others. We will certainly be calling him for our next window cleaning....if there was a 5++ star rating, that is how we would rate his work."
