"Very unsatisfied when calling for service it went to answering service, was told someone would call back shortly, after 2 hours I called back, got the answering service, was told someone would call back and did get a call 20 minutes later. Told them I was having problems with water heater only having warm water. Water heater was 12 years old and serviceman said lower element burned out and expansion tank was not working. Quoted $2000 to repair. Didn't know how long heater would last and suggested new one. I agreed. Water runs through geothermal furnace. Took about 5 hours to change out because he had to wait for someone to bring new heater. He forgot to close something before turning water back on and got water on the floor. 2 days later I went to basement to get serial number from heater and there was water all over the floor. No reason to touch geothermal unit. Drain from humidifier was disconnected. Took couple of days to talk to anyone from company. "

"Do not use this company! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and if you have used them I recommend you get a second opinion to see if the job was done correctly. I purchased gutters from Midwest in June of 2024, by September 2024 I need new gutters. Everything appeared great at first, until I started noticing issues with the gutters and downspouts leaking. I reached out to Steven Raymen and he assured me everything would be taken care of. As of September they have stopped communicating with me. I have had several contractors come review the work and they have all said the same thing “this is one of the worst gutters jobs they have ever seen and the company should not be installing gutters”. Midwest installer did not seal the downspouts, damaged my drip line and roof around my residence and installed the gutter guards in front of the drip edge. If you have or know someone who has had gutters installed by Midwest Gutter & Filter Solutions please have a second company review their work."

"These guys are the cream of the crop. I run maintenance and housekeeping for a large assisted living facility in the tri-state area and Chem-Dry is my go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We recently had a viral outbreak in the community (brought in from visitors) and had to have all of the common area carpets and upholstery cleaned prior to opening back up our facility. I scheduled with Patty several times but kept having to reschedule due to unforeseeable circumstances. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing and never missed a beat. I ended up rescheduling probably six times in total and the guys were there ready to go and spent two days sanitizing every square inch of carpet and upholstery in the building. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Even for routine cleanings, which we also do, the results are top notch.
