"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house.
