"My double garage door (with automatic garage door opener) had come off of the track. The door was jammed and stuck in an almost closed position. I called Garage Pro to inquire about price and also to potentially schedule a repair. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. However, they were willing to come the same day, if it was an emergency (car stranded in the garage) but this wasn't the case. I was able to wait until the next day. They showed up on time. They were very fast and efficient. They quickly got the double garage door repaired and also told me how to better maintain the door and opener to avoid more repairs in the future. The cost was much less than several other door companies that I called. My home is about 35 minutes travel time outside of Santa Fe (north) and most other door companies wanted a much higher fee due to the travel involved in getting here. One of their competitors quoted me a price of $150 for the 1st 30 minutes and then $17.50 for each additional 15 minutes. Garage Pro quoted me a price $100, which included travel time, plus 1 hour of repair time. I would estimate that it only took them about 30 minutes to do the repair. The service techs were AA and IA. This company also does work on gates and lifts. No problems and a good price. I would use them again and I would recommend them to those in need of garage door repairs. They warranty their work for 90 days. Be prepared to write a check. If you plan on using a credit card, you will need to call the office and have them run your charge. I suspect that cash still works too! <br />"
