He came out at the scheduled time to give me a estimate and we ended up hiring him for the job. Albert was punctual, professional and kept me informed on his progress throughout the installation. He did an outstanding job on the install. Even though the job took a couple hours longer than his estimate, he honored the original quote. As it turned out, additional parts were needed to complete the installation. Albert returned the following day to complete the installation for no additional charge.
