He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. "Kevin Murray performed exactly as stated in his contract at 15% less than other quotes. He does uuse other sub contractors for some work (concrete removal)....no issue with that. The only negative is that I found patches of areas in teh yard after the job completion where the concrete guys cleaned their equipment/tools and left thin patches of concrete in the yard.. not hard to remove, just a nuisance. Other than that, all was compelted well and timely. Many folks have remarked on the new driveway and how nice it looks."
