"Brett came out several weeks ago to provide an estimate and I scheduled a service time. Brett and his team arrived on schedule and Brett confirmed with me exactly what work was to be done. Over the course of the job he made several suggestions that improved upon what I thought I wanted done (making the end result more appealing). Brett is highly skilled at his job and very knowledgeable when it comes to tree care. Both trees look much better after the work was done. Brett's team did a good job cleaning up after the job, removing all of the cut branches from the property and sweeping the small debris. The team was friendly and professional and I highly recommend them."

"I visited the NorthTown Lighting store on a number of occasions as I searched for new lighting fixtures for a home update.  During each of my visits I found all of the sales room staff very helpful and always willing to answer my questions and make suggestions.  In addition to new lighting fixtures I was also interested in purchasing dimmers and a track in which my dining room light could be placed on to provide placement options as I moved my dining room table. The staff was very helpful in explaining my options.   I was happy to hear that they provide a 30% discount on your purchase if over $500 or if you are working with a designer.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I purchased 3 light fixtures which came in about a week. When I got them home I opened each of the boxes the fixtures came in and found that 2 of the fixtures were in boxes that the fixtures never originally came in, the fixtures were dusty and dirty and hap hazardly placed in the boxes among dirty, half deflated bubble wrap and tissue, bags which should have been covering the globes were  just loosely scattered in the box.  Totally not acceptable when purchasing a new product.  I returned the 2 fixtures to the store, told them that they were not acceptable and they ordered replacements for me.  Replacements came in about 1 week.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I was happy with the purchasing assistance I received when shopping but very disappointed by their attempt to fill my order with dirty used or displayed fixtures.  If I had not opened the boxes when first home and waited until the electrician came to install it would have moved my timing out by at least a week and added an additional electrician expense.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would shop there again but would make sure I opened every purchased fixture before picking up to ensure I had a NEW product properly packaged for protection etc. <br />"
