"I called Superior out to clean my Berber carpet at my home. When I spoke to them on the phone I informed them that I might want some of my furniture cleaned as well and they told me that they would be happy to look at it when they came to clean the carpets. The day of the service appointment they called to let me know that they were on there way to my home (15 min early). Once they arrived I showed them the carpet that was to be cleaned and also asked them to look at my furniture. The were very professional and informative. They explained the type of furniture that I had and how that particular fabric should be cleaned. After answering all of my questions they gave me a price to clean everything and I agreed to have them do it. I had a sofa, love seat and chair cleaned and fabric protected and the carpet in my living room, dining room, family room and two bedrooms cleaned and carpet protected. As promised, my furniture was almost dry even before they left my home and the carpet was totally dry in just a few hours. I am so glad that I found Superior. My carpet and furniture looks and smells like new. I would definitely recommend Superior Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning!"

"David and Luis did a great job. They were efficient and detailed. They employ a 5 step process so they are all over the carpet several times. After cleaning, the carpets were damp but dried within a short amount of time. This was a concern of mine as we have had carpets cleaned in the past and the material was wet for a day after servicing. The next day David phoned to see how my carpets looked. I told him the one area where we had a stubborn spot still had a slight stain. He returned to spot treat and the stain is now gone!"

"We had carpets in several rooms that needed cleaning. The living room and 1 bedroom had stains I had tried to remove. I really wasn't sure they could get the stains out but they did. We probably want to update the living room with a wood floor but this sure bought us some time. We are beyond happy with the results and the 10% Angie's List discount helped too. Another company was going to charge for coming to Port Charlotte this company is in Port Charlotte, still another company did not reply to my request for a quote. These guys have up to date equipment and know what they are doing. Possibly the most professional of anyone I've hired to do a job in this area."
