"The owner, Mr. Bob Whiteman, arrived at the specified time. <br /> <br /> He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white).  He did not rush through the job.  This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job. <br /> <br />  I like the fact that he doesn't depend on a crew but does the work himself.   He is very professional."

"Duke's came out to clean the carpets in our new house. I wasn't happy that the carpets didn't come clean, especially in the traffic areas. (My Bissell green machine can spot treat an area cleaner than what the carpet looked like when Duke's was done.) I did ask him to come back and re-clean which he did, but the carpets still didn't look any better. <br /> <br /> I thought $50 seemed reasonable for cleaning and sealing the shower. However, it really didn't look clean either when he was finished. When I questioned him about a grout area that was still black, he told me I could take a little bleach and see if it came off. It actually did come clean when I cleaned it later <em>myself</em>. When I seal a shower, the water beads up on the grout, but with the process Duke's used, it didn't do that. I'm not sure the shower was really cleaned or sealed. <br /> <br /> Overall, I thought the price was high. They were only here 2 hours, which included the time we walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. I won't be using his company in the future. I will go back to using my previous carpet cleaner. They took extra time on the stains and problem areas and the carpet always looked new again, plus their price was much more reasonable."

At that time we discussed methods, timeline, etc. This seems like a small but professional that should.that should go far. He called when the work was done and delivered.the rug at my convenience. "From the time I first called to the day the rugs were returned, these folks were top notch. They were incredibly responsive, followed-up and were so great to work with. They helped my husband move furniture to get to the rugs and not only when they picked them up but when they delivered them back to us as well. When they came to pick up the rugs, they forgot to help my husband move back our kitchen table. It wasn’t a big deal as he was able to move it by himself. The drivers returned to our house about 15 minutes later saying they realized they forgot to move the table back and were so apologetic. Without even asking, they indicated they would waive our pick-up fee due to their error. We were stunned as that was completely unnecessary. The driver had even called the office to tell them what happened - talk about honestly. We were so pleased with the work they did, the fact they helped move furniture and their overall customer service focused attitude that we have already recommened them to others and would absolutely use them again."
