"Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! "For the first 2 years, their M.O. is to communicate mostly through their online portal and email. Face-to-face communication is not something that they regularly schedule and asking them to do this has been met with no communication. In the first 2 jobs, their work was 'fine' for what they did with the exception that they didn't do what I asked and had to come back again to fix things (though they made some cuts on bushes that they were asked NOT to cut). This year, I tried again to communicate with them, but they were open to the job only through email and their portal. My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"
