After I received the bid from Jeff about an hour later (what?);), I followed up with several questions regarding product, manufacturer, U rating, rebates, etc. Although I'm sure he was thinking "Lady, make a freaking decision", he was very prompt in his responses and his customer service was impeccable. I also called the skylight manufacturer to see what installer they recommended and DK Boos was their choice. After a few more bids from other places I chose DK Boos. While they weren't the cheapest, they impressed me. Ian and Josh came to install. They were on time and professional and just all around nice guys. My skylights look amazing. I am so pleased with this process from start to finish."

Had water leaks the last two years during the wet season. Called to report with the company, no calls back. Considering small claims court to get repairs, sloppy work during roofing portion of job"
