He gave me his fees right up front and was willing to work with me on prioritizing these jobs. He was very careful to dismantle built in shelving, removing a very large floor to ceiling cabinet, removed vertical blinds in three large rooms and, and took molding down. He neatly and efficiently staked all the material he removed, swept all the flooring in the rooms he worked in and left my house with all jobs completed expertly, He even took extra time to prune an orange tree that had been poorly pruned.
