He's straightforward, thoughtful, knows his stuff, told me things about HVAC unit my own HVAC guys didn't tell me, and he steered me to the best solution for my house. Done on time, no delays, no problems of any kind. Preferred Roofing is A rated on the Better Business Bureau and they're certified by the county to inspect their own work—no delays waiting for an inspector. Only a very few roofing contractors have this stamp of approval, and Preferred has it. Oh and I had a couple of very hot rooms, Aaron recommended low profile O'Hagen vents to cool them down. Didn't even know they existed. Great warranty for workmanship from Preferred also for 10 years. Now all we have to do is wait for a really hard rainstorm. (One final note: don't be surprised because Aaron is very very tall.)"

After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."
