They told me that they pride themselves on doing the job to code and completing the job on time. They spent the time to completely research applicable codes, best prices with the current market and availability if materials resulting in upgrading the wire size at no additional cost. Redhawk rented the trencher, dug the trenches, ran URD cables and encased them in conduit so the gophers could not damage the cables. They did not let snow and extreme cold from preventing the job from progressing. Their dedication to the job was commendable, working until 9:30 pm to stay ahead of the weather. "I came in on a cold Monday morning and the temperature in our offices was about 45 degrees.  Our plant manager informed me that the furnace which services the accounting offices has gone out and we would probably need a new one.    I called Dependable at about 9:00 am, and though they had all technitions out on calls, they promised to send the next available one over to our mfg plant.  They had the problem diagnosed by 10:00 am, telling me the fan motor had gone out, and that they didn't have that particular motor model (an old one) in stock, but were looking to see who in town might have one.   By the time I checked on it again at 11:00 am, I found out that they were done.   They had been able to modify the bracket to accept a different motor, and had installed it, and they were about to leave.    The whole job, motor and labor, only cost $195.   I love this company.  It has never let me down.  I am responsible for about five different houses, plus our business, and they have my total trust for all the a/c problems I encounter. <br />"

While they were there, we also asked to add an additional light switch for an exterior light outside the garage. This was also done very quickly. "Electric by Miller professionally and quickly provided a detailed estimate (which came in as best price among 3 estimates recieved) for the following work performed: Trenched and backfilled ditch, eliminating existing underground dock electrical service. Pulled new wire in conduit from garage to dock walkway and throughout renovated boat dock. Installed new 8-circuit disconnect/breaker panel (with required signage). Installed GFCI recepticle with weather proof panel at pole light. Installed 3 vapor lights fixtures (one with motion sensor), light switch and 4 GFCI receptacles w/ in-use covers. They provided all required paperwork/plans to the GRDA (approving authority for all things dock related), to include inspections which eliminated all administrative burden on me. <br /> <br /> Only days prior to work biginning, I requested a change order for extending the dock service lines around future site of a pool and outdoor kitchen/bar and to lay in and stub up additional 220 and 110V services at this projected location. They accomodated this 11th hour request and quickly turned a reasonable (cost) change order to the original estimate and began work shortly after this request. <br /> <br /> Upon job completion, they went the extra mile(s) in retrieving operating manuals from their purchase source, scanning and e-mailing me the operating manuals for the light and motion detection systems so I had details on max bulb sizes, optimal settings, etc.--very helpful! <br /> <br /> The proprietor (Kathy Miller) personnally inspected the completed job and determined that the light fixture/motion sensor combination was not as good as it should be (safety wise) for lighting the walkway approach to the dock (at night). She ordered a change to a flood light from the vapor light fixture...at the company's expense. <br /> <br /> I'm VERY impressed and pleased with the work done, competitive pricing and overall customer service and care! <br /> <br /> Electric by Miller is my Electrical Contractor of choice...and in this area they should be yours too!"

"I recently purchased a Fannie Mae foreclosure, a house with nice potential but quite a mess to get started with.  I contacted a couple of names from Angie's List and Roger Allen was so professional from the get go (good guy too), I went with him pretty quickly.  He was able to get an estimate together and to my lender soon after I had asked.  I'm not an expert on pricing but his numbers were consistent with the other I had received and ended up being accurate by the time everything was done.  On small jobs that is easy, on the mess that was my house, quite a challenge.  We had problems all around from an iffy septic system, siding peeling away, no hot water heaters, ancient electrical boxes, decor from a generation long past, leaks in the shower/master bath, carpeting that had seen much better days, etc.  He was able to take care of everything inside of my budget without any glaring omissions.  Even when my wife picked out expensive paints, he was able to take care of the overage.  Roger and his people have been great, I'll be using him for any future fix-it jobs in the future for sure."
