"YA Tree Service was very prompt in coming out to do an estimate for a very tall pine tree that started to partially uproot on a Saturday. They were able to do the estimate on Sunday and remove the tree on Monday. We also had them remove 3 additional trees. The pine was leaning over a neighbor's property and a shed on it and stood over a section of shade garden in our yard. Great care was taken to avoid damage to the garden and the shed. Their prices were very reasonable, the communications between myself and YA was prompt and thorough, and the job was done in a way that met all my expectations. I would use them again."

I ended up understanding a lot more about the process of having the trees removed and the stump of the oak removed. He explained that for safety a crane would be used, parked on the driveway and reaching over the house to the tree. The stump removal would require their contacting Miss Utility which would take 1 to 2 weeks The work was scheduled for the next Monday and everything happened as explained. 11 days later the stump was removed and ground."

"They were quick to respond and performed the work within a week, However, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Scheduling was a bit odd (texting on Monday morning asking to come over with no notice--which I was unable to do--and then the next day cancelling at the last minute after I took time off from work to meet them). When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard."

"We live on a farm surrounded down a dead-end dirt road, and we have many very old trees. Some needed to come down, and some needed trimming. Gordon (whose father started the business decades ago) is incredibly knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of trees, and he and his team were the most professional service I have had the pleasure of working with. His pricing was the best I have seen and very very fair. This started with a large tree limb on our roof, and Gordon's team ended up removing multiple trees (3-4), and pruning about 8 more (they used ropes and we had several trimmers 20 or more feet in the foliage). When I say pruning - I mean some of these trees are very old and massive - with very large limbs that needed to come down. They also removed several very large (20 feet wide) bushes. One huge bush had a root structure that was massive, but Gordon had a stump grinder as large as a truck wheel and BOOM - it's was all gone in a jiffy. Numerous farmers passing by stopped by to share their amazement at how efficiently and how quickly Gordon's team worked, with one saying "by lunchtime your property looked like a hurricane came through, and by dinner there wasn't a single branch or leaf anywhere!" Gordon's team were all super polite, and except for a short lunch break, worked straight from 09:30 until about 5PM. I was amazed at how much got done in one day, and I will definitely have Gordon and his team back. I shared Gordon's number with multiple interested neighbors. One older "seen everything" neighbor farmer saw how much was done and said "so how much did you pay for all of that"? (with a little smile; think he was preparing to shake his head and chuckle the way folks do when you pay a LOT).. when I told him the total bill, his eyes opened and he immediately asked for Gordon's number. Wow... I impressed an old farmer... ! Hire Gordon; He will exceed your expectations."

Their foreman arrived on the same day (on a weekend) and gave me a quote to remove the dead tree as well as some brush in the general area. Work was completed during that week and the crew did an excellent job cleaning everything up. Would definitely hire again."

"The whole process was very easy; after calling to schedule, they were actually able to come out the next day since they were in the area. The staff was very professional and took care to not damage some fragile beds and plantings. Two of the trees were very close to the fenceline, and everything was taken down expertly. One tree was a very large dead tree and it also was taken down skillfully. Everything was cleaned up very neatly; we had asked if they could also take a brush pile, which they did. We chose not to have the stumps ground as the trees were all in the backyard. Overall, an excellent experience and would hire again."
