"Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. "Rich and his associate cut back a tree in my yard that had grown out of control.  He did an excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.  He was courteous, prompt, and professional.  He trimmed the tree back enough that the limbs no longer brush against the roof, and he kept the tree a nice shape.  His price is reasonable, and I took advantage of the Angie's List special that he was offering. They also cleaned up the branches and any debris that was left, and the yard was neat and clean. Thanks for a top-notch job!! <br />"
