"The project itself was great, after having our deposit for over two months and not returning our repeated attempts to contact the owner for a start date. I emailed him to tell him we would like our deposit back and that we would be in town soon, I receive a message that the work is done but they backed into my porch! They made arrangements to repair the porch, steps and a post had to be replaced, but could not tell me when it would be painted. I told them we would do it ourselves. When the owner came to collect on the job he only agreed to a 2% discount for all of our grief.
