"I would actually rate at A-, or Very good” rather than “Excellent “ if I could. Overall move went very well with moving crew on time and working very **** ** a hot, humid day. They were efficient and completed move quicker than we anticipated. This included the crew taking very good care to avoid newly painted walls at new location. They did a great job. There were a few problems with some minor damage to several pieces of furniture, and a piece left behind, which I alerted local office to by leaving vm on 2nd day following move ( Saturday afternoon). Having not heard from anyone, on Tuesday morning, I wrote a note to company email address detailing experience. I then received phone call from company CEO from Columbus OH within an hour. He listened to my praise and concerns, spoke to local office, and called me back with arrangements made for men to pick up the item from old house that had not actually been moved, an offer to have the young men delivering that item do any furniture arranging I needed at that point, and an offer for check for repair of furniture damage. These things occurred that afternoon with the young men arriving masked which they had not done on the moving day (I distanced from them with my mask on). Besides a follow up call that day from the CEO, I received a very nice letter, the check for damage, and a small gift from him within the next week. I couldn’t be more thankful, satisfied and impressed with follow-up like that. I would have no hesitation to use them again, although I might hope for a little better communication from the local office."

The total move time was about 4 hours, which was less than their original estimate. While they provide you a pricing estimate for your move, the actual charges are based on the actual time spent and packing materials used.
