"Our plumber, Lazaro Rios, has to be one of the best plumbers around.  He has served our building
for about 5 years, one of many two story buildings in our complex.  1A Florida Plumbing is his company and it is Lazaro who is on the site and doing the job along with someone from his team.
Being on the board of our building and having lived here a long time, I have seen many plumbers come and
go.  We don't see Lazaro much, but that is because he doesn't have to return multiple times for the same problem.
Lazaro is easy to reach and he and his men are always very helpful.  Their equipment is modern and I must say my scarred laundry room wall doesn't miss "snaking" and the loud noise accompanying that antiquated process.
To clear the drainage pipes in our building Lazaro inserts a long multi-directional high power hose into the stacks on the roof of our two story building to flush out grease and debris.
This tool also has prongs which open as the hose is pulled out, gathering grease and debris as it is removed also.
I like this procedure because they do not have to enter any of the apartments to address building clogs.
1A Florida Plumbing is a company one can count on.   They know their business, are completely capable, and communicate the problem well so that one knows just what they are going to do.
They speak both English and Spanish, and are an honest company serving both Dade and Broward Counties.

"I had an excellent experience with the plumbing service they provided at my home. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They also left the work area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumber. Five-star service!"

"On time, professional and problem fixed quickly. Replaced my garbage disposal that was leaking and also a pipe. I would definitely recommend this company!"

"I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to this company for the excellent work they performed in replacing the bathroom in my home. From the very first moment, they proved themselves to be highly responsible, punctual, and professional. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations; they paid attention to every detail, and the final result turned out beautifully. Their dedication and commitment to what they do are truly evident. Without a doubt, I recommend them 100%. It is difficult to find people who are this reliable and committed nowadays. Thank you so much for doing such an impeccable job. If you like, my dear, I can personalize this with the name of the company or the person who did the work for you, to make it even more special."

"Excellent work. By Code gave me an estimate to remove and replace my 50 gallon water heater for $1454.00 on Saturday over the phone, then replaced it on Sunday the following day with 2 expert plumbers. They are best and most honest and efficient plumbers in Miami. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for all my plumbing needs."

"Mike and Ross are the best ! I was actually having some work done on my pool pump and the pool man noticed a bubbling of water coming from underground in line with my outdoor spigot. I dug down about 8 inches and saw a pin hole leak in the copper pipe. I called Ross immediately and requested Mike which I have used just two weeks ago for additional plumbing work . Ross reassured me that Mike would be at my door within an hour and a half and was true to his word . Mike fixed the pipe and showed me that when they built my home (1980) they had carelessly filled in the property with large rocks and broken cement resting right up against the pipe which after many years of rubbing up against the pipe caused the leak. I am really glad I've found these guys ! their not only very professional their honest and friendly with very reasonable repair rates."

"Our old washing machine finally died, so in preparation for the installation of the new one, we turned off the laundry hook-ups, and (wouldn't you know it?) the cold water hook-up started to leak. Immediately, I looked to Angie's List. Florida Plumbing Solutions (John Mendez) was at the top of my list to call, because of the wonderful reviews. First thing Monday morning, I called, and John answered. I described the problem, and he said he could make it by within the hour. He arrived, assessed the situation, and quickly got to work. Only the cold water faucet was leaking, but he said (logically) that it made sense to replace them both. The entire job was done within 30 minutes. And the new hookups are much more efficient and effective than the old ones. He was professional, knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and very nice. Best of all, I now know an excellent plumber when we experience future issues."

"When I tried to remove a stuck anti-siphon adapter from my outdoor faucet, the entire copper pipe broke at the stucco wall. I called 24/7 Plumbing and John showed up in less than 30 minutes from my call. He did exactly what he said he would do, and fixed not only the pipe but also installed a new faucet for me, all for a very reasonable price. I wish all contractors I deal with were as professional, competent and trustworthy as John!"

"Kristie was wonderful to work with and the plumbing work was excellent. A new shower valve was installed. The workmanship was of high-quality"

"West End is my go to plumbing company. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They always explain exactly what is needed and the price for the job. I have never been disappointed by the employees or work done and will continue to call them for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!"
