The space previously had a bare ceiling. He was flexible with his schedule and was able to complete the work the following week. He and his assistant Chris were polite, clean, and did solid work in a timely manner. Upon completion, I asked Jeffrey about another, more challenging project of installing two additional ceiling fans in a space with a 15' cathedral ceiling. Again, he was able to quickly give me a reasonable quote and did not bat an eye at the difficulty of the job. Other electricians I have asked have refused the project just upon hearing the height of the ceilings. There are some recommendations I would give more to homeowners than their office. Walk over your yard, check for any tree damage afterwards. Don't forget to mark electrical lines that you put in yourself especially without a permit, because they don't show on your property plan (such as a post light done over 30 years ago). Definitely, tell them to call you to observe outside as each zone is turned on after initial installation, BEFORE they leave, so adjustments can be made during the installation. You know where your lawn always dries out, so tell them when they first diagram the location of the heads where extra water will be needed. Write down, for extra reference, how to increase the time on a zone in case needed as the summer progresses."
