They always cleaned up any mess they made at the end of the day and left the area neat. Chris, worked on the crown mouldings and baseboards and did an excellent job. The crown and the baseboards are beautiful and make the house look so polished. I absolutely love the mouldings and baseboards. The painting was done very well and I am very pleased with every room that was painted. My basement looks fantastic! The flooring and baseboards look spectacular! Tom goes out of his way to insure everything the customer wants is done. He even went with me to Home Depot to pick out the doors and locks. He also did extra tasks that weren't in the contract, such as putting vents in my furnace room because they should be there for safety reasons. I truly appreciated Tom's thoughtfulness in completing jobs in my house because they were needed or would make my home look better. I was very fortunate to find Tom and his crew, because not only were they professional and personable, but they completed all of the work I contracted for and did even more that I didn't ask for. "Their crew was amazing! They repaired several patch areas in my driveway and informed me one of the issues was due to a root from an old tree. They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat. "From the time the crew showed up, it was very clear these guys were the 'A' Team.  They had a 220v diesel generator (on a trailer) which powered the floor grinder.  At 54" wide, it was heavy enough to work the surface of the concrete and progressively grind it flat.  Changing out pads from coarse to finer grits, the machine, materials and laborer made quick work of the garage floor.  Finally, densifier was applied to the floor to help strengthen the cement surface as well as providing a sheen during the following burnishing process.  The entire sq ft. of the garage was completed in about 6 hours.  Since the machine had dual vacuums to suck up the grit during the process, the garage and surrounding area remained pretty clean during the job. <br /> I have received many compliments on the finished cement surface (though I need to complete the remainder of the garage), and would contact NC Cement again if I needed a service they offer.  Very professional, punctual, courteous.  Can't say enough really. <br />"
