"My original was to replace the hinges and hasp on the old outdoor access door for my water heater. I was convinced due to the condition of my old weathered door. I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. "Perfection Landscape crew did an amazing job! I absolutely love everything Mitch and his perfection landscaping crew did, they designed and laid out the entire front yard with various plants and bushes, replaced all of my irrigation front and back yard with all new irrigation lines, installed commercial weed cloth, added 3 inches of rock all around my house, not to mention installed new LED lighting around my pool to illuminate and highlight the existing plants and tree that were there. Just awesome!! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would, unfortunately we can only give a top rating of 5 stars, definitely a 5 star rating!! Mitch was easy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable regarding plants, bushes, heat affects, watering, etc.. I have to say that Perfection Landscaping isn’t going to be the cheapest option available but, don’t let that deter you, definitely worth ever penny for sure!! You get what you pay for quality every step of the way. It’s nice to find a company that doesn’t cut corners on you, gives you top quality materials, workmanship, dependable, And wants you to be 110% percent satisfied with your job when completed! I had major work In the front yard, back yard ( around my pool especially ) and both sides of the house, we’re talking weed removal, commercial weed cloth installed and 3 inches of rock to put down just on the sides of the house, same in the back yard, on top of replacing all of the old irrigation lines and electrical lighting, on top of removing the weeds, adding cloth and 3 inches of rock! What a beautiful job! I also had to have two types of rock, the front yard needed two match and conform with HOA requirements, etc... All this work around my house and Perfection Landscaping had completely finished the job in one (1) weekend! Unbelievable!!! I would not ever hesitate to recommend Perfection Landscaping LLC. Mitch and his amazing crew to anyone!! You get what you pay for and more!! Perfection Landscaping also is now taking care of my amazing landscaping, I hired Mitch and company to oversee and maintain my landscaping with their Reasonable priced maintenance program. It’s nice when the people you trust to do your landscaping you can also trust to do an outstanding job maintaining your yard not cutting corners in the process!! "I've personally maintained our palm trees for over 5 years now. Our residence is very unique, and backs up against an apartment complex. Part of the monthly trimming is to remove the lower dead branches, thin out the fronds between the two trees, but also maintain the privacy so the neighbors can't look right down into our yard. As the palm trees have grown taller, I have needed to use a ladder because my pole saw is only so long. Because I had just finished a medical procedure, I didn't want to get on the ladder (I'm 53), and requested a tree service to thin out the fronds and maintain the privacy. While I was at work, the tree service company arrived at the residence, and performed the work (side gate was left unlocked for their access). When I returned home I was absolutely mortified, stunned, and shocked. The below picture (before and after) clearly showcases the damage, and completely erasure of all privacy that I have worked so diligently to maintain for over 5 years. As you can see from the left side photo, the tree company sheared off every single frond for a 6 foot swath. I called and discussed with the company the issue at the length. They offered to discount the work by $50. I told the company to send me the full bill because this was not a money issue. The company explained it was a communication issue, and that they don't even "trim" palm trees like I had wanted, and would have had no idea of how to even bill that. This is a prime example of a big box company not listening to the little guy. It's pretty obvious from the photo what was going on for over 5 years. If I had wanted the palm trees sheared all the way to the top I could have done that myself for the past 5 years. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would have left 0 stars if it would have let me. I understand the company has many good reviews, that is not the issue. When I company is the doing this volume of work they are operating on auto pilot and not paying attention to the little details. I obviously can't get my privacy back, and during the phone calls with the company, they kept insisted the shade will come back. Again, not listening to the little guy. Well no duh the top shade will come back, that WAS NOT why I was having the trees trimmed. OMG. Never again will I call this company....ever...."
