"Jim and Tanya came over to clean as promised.  They were there about an hour and a half, I think.  They brought all their own stuff to use, including a Shark floor steamer.  I hesitated because I've been told NOT to use a steamer on these hardwood floors.  Tanya did a small area to show me there was no harm done to the floors and I let her proceed.  The whole house was dusted and wiped down, including the kitchen and appliances.  All of the floors were swept (only) and only portions of the hardwood were steamed, not the big living area.  Guess it was too big a job, I really don't know why they weren't all steamed, and I didn't ask.  The big rugs were vacuumed.
