Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. He gave us an idea on how to split the work up all the work we're wanting in stages to fit our budget, and we started with the trees. They did an excellent job, got right to work that day. They removed 3 trees (including a large pecan in front of our house), trimmed one and cleaned up nicely afterwards."

"Mike and the rest of his crew at Quality Contractors offered a very competitive bid (compared to other two I sought out) and held true to the estimated cost throughout the project even going so far as to not charge me a little bit more when I modified the design adding maybe a few dozen square feet to a 4000+ sf project. I was very satisfied with the level of communication by both email and text both as the project was approaching and during the work. The quality of the work was very good and would have been excellent had it not been for one or two brush strokes with the float that left a mark in the final product and a small chip to some previously existing concrete that they did repair to a satisfactory level. Given the scope of the project and the fact that it was a driveway I considered these minor blemishes and overall was quite satisfied with the work. One issue that future homeowners should consider is providing an adequate "washout" area. I allowed them to use the area along street in front of my home which left a deposit of grey concrete dust when it dried up and in hindsight would have rather this been done somewhere off site."

The crews to demolish the old structures, pour the new concrete on the existing pad, and create the new patio, stamp and color the new concrete, then build the pergola and privacy wall were so fast and efficient, we were in awe.
