David showed up right on time. I showed him the six trees I needed taken down. He took note of what I needed, but did not state six trees. He wrote clear the area. I had him specify cleared meant the six trees and then he provided the written quote. David also agreed to having the work completed the next day. David called me the next day before arriving as agreed and was available earlier than expected which was great.
