"Tom was immediately responsive to my call for help for my daughter's bathroom renovation (within a few minutes). We were able to schedule quickly and he visited to do the electrical rough-in work for a GFCI outlet, a new vanity light, a new fan/light, and the Ditra Heat for our anticipated tiled floor. Once we completed the bathroom, he returned to install the vanity light, the necessary switches and outlets, and connected the Ditra Heat wiring to the new thermostat which he checked to make sure was functioning properly. He also took time to install a new remote switch for a hallway light to give us a downstairs switch to go along with the upstairs light and wired switch. We could not be happier. He was quick, attentive, and thorough...a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him again!"
