"James P. and his assistant were phenomenal. They installed a delicate, artistic, light fixture I ordered directly from China. A new electrical box had to be put in between two studs about 8 inches apart and a switch was run utilizing an existing box. They were expeditious and hung the fixture perfectly. But most amazingly they cleaned up, vacuuming and wiping the baseboards! American Electrical is our go to electrician...always. "

I was initially concerned that Nitelites seemed like a big company focused on larger, more involved installations and that they would not be that interested in my small additions. But I called NiteLites anyway and found it easy to make a quick appointment for early the next week. The appointment took place exactly as scheduled and included plenty of time to discuss options and ideas. The final plan was a combination of my ideas and NiteLites experience and expertise. I was ready to schedule the additions for the near future but my sales rep explained that he could do the work immediately. We then discussed the warranty and support program that would be included in my installation. We also agreed on the a price and a few hours later we were testing the new lights and the system overall. As expected all worked perfectly. I generally wait a couple of weeks to write my reviews so anything new can be tested out over a longer period of time and I am happy to report that there have been no problems with my lights. I am now thinking of what else I might have NiteLites add to my system."

"Honestly, I am very happy with their work. I had contact with most of their workers during this lengthy project, and found them to be very professional and easy to work with. I knew that the price was high but this was the only company that was willing to do all the work that I wanted done. From the owner, salesman, crew chiefs and crew - all were very good, especially when I noticed something that needed to be done again or better. Never heard a complaint just "it's your house and you can have it the way you want it". I only gave them a B rating due entirely to one of their subcontractors, who did a poor job laying the sod. The sod was not snugged up against each other the way I would have thought it should have been, leaving as much as 4-6 inch gaps between some pieces of sod. Frequently the sod layers broke off large pieces of the corners of each piece of sod and just threw it down. All together, if I had contracted them, I wouldn't be paying them until they did it right. Steve, Beautiful Blooms assures me that the sod will knit together and fill those gaps, hopefully he's right. Also the subcontractor was somewhat inappropriate in their contact with me, which has been addressed with Dan."

"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work.
