Remove popcorn from ceiling, interior paint throughout, re-finished wood cabinets (Paint), replaced some doors and some electrical work for new ceiling fans and some lights. We kept changing the scope of work (Prior to the work starting) and Joe was very accommodating with updating his proposal. We had zero changes as the work was performed. There were the typical punch list items which were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. We were out of state when the work was performed and Joe kept us up to date and sent along some images as the work progressed. Their pricing was fair and reasonable.
