"Absolutely horrible! The small stain we had is now a horribly large stain, and the carpet cannot be repaired. We have reached out to a different, trusted professional who will try to help us in a few days. I am not reaching out to Angi because of a carpet issue. There are far more important things in life to worry about. I am protesting as peacefully and as loudly as I can that this man is dangerous. Before you reply to me, please go on Yelp and read his reviews. This man is dangerous, and your responsibility as a decent company is to ban him and never match him with another innocent victim."

"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."
