"2 years later, and all I can say is totally awesome!  Everything was hand-built from scratch - nothing prefabricated!  Quality of workmanship is incredible.   I am still amazed at "how did they build this" every time we sit out on the deck. <br /> Never had any leaks in roofing or around sunlight.   Used all cedar and had them put down 2 coats of semi-transparent stain.  Painters matched trim with our siding. <br /> Switched to aluminum balustrades instead of cedar - no regrets here. <br /> Used existing deck floor... but they added additional supports to conform to code. <br /> Electricians did incredible job installing fan, flood lights, and outlets.   They spent additional time painting conduit to match white hardi-plank, and trimmed the rest in brown.  The first remote for the fan  was defective so they immediately went and got a replacement.   We have never had any problems with the electrical. <br /> Carpenters also hung new gutters and spouts to match our existing. <br /> Project done in 7 days; had to wait on weather before painting; however it was completed in 1 day. <br /> Can't say enough.   Best investment we've made in this home thus far.   Will do business again without hesitation. <br /> Thanks for a GREAT Job! <br />"
