"We hired Woody's Custom Landscaping, Inc. to install a stone wall with drainage, flagstone patio, screen lattice and gravel road for access to the west side of our property. They showed up on time each day of the project, cleaned up after themselves, stayed within our budget and were very responsive to our questions. They installed a 3-inch poly sleeve on each end of the wall for future projects like a water feature or lighting. Crew mates Darren and Chris built a beautiful custom lattice screen on site using just a vague idea from us and a photo of a similar design. We'll put in landscape plants later. "Drake and his team did a FANTASTIC job building a lovely silver travertine tile patio with travertine tile stairs leading to the back door. This work could be featured in a Homes & Garden magazine. It is that good! Drake Snodgrass, the owner, was always aware of the total project. He has a sharp eye for details, and he made important recommendations. Drainage from the house was placed under the patio site (before the tile was installed). He noted the deep egress window well adjacent to the tile patio, and because of safety concerns, he arranged for his metal-works artisan to build a safety-grate to cover it. The landscaping and irrigation placed at the site of the old trampoline nicely accented the other landscaping. All the workers, including Fernando, Ivan, and Trevor worked hard and efficiently! "It went fairly smooth. All the individuals involved in the project were professional and kind. We had a little communication issue with the sub-contractors who did the actual job but got that all resolved easily. The job took longer than anticipated but that was due the removal of existing concrete steps - lots of time involved. However this did not cost us anymore because this was included in the project bid. The sales manager Scott Hartman and project manager Matt Lemon were both very easy to work with through the whole process. Both Scott and Matt came out one Saturday morning during the project because I had some misunderstanding about the design. I was very impressed with them giving the time needed to clarify some design concerns. We look forward to using the patio this summer and already enjoy the landscape lighting."
