I had to wait a couple of weeks between first contact & the scheduled bid appointment, which to me is a reasonable time frame given the type of work & time of season. I received an itemized bid within a couple of business days. Pricing wise they came in the middle. I chose Complete Landscapes because Jason took the time to walk through what I envisioned the end result to be, we discussed how the work would be done, how far out he was booked and he gave me options for small enhancements I hadn't thought of (like curbing around the beds) and included those in the detailed bid so I could make an informed decision.  I appreciated having a reasonable expectation set from the get go. I'm a hands on person, so this courtesy was much appreciated.
