Vince was very honest and transparent, and he showed me his license and insurance which many other contractors were hesitant. I had a major concrete damage in my backyard done by another contractor which was a flood risk to my home and Vince from Gravity Builders came in and transformed my nightmare backyard into a beautiful haven-From ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. In addition, Vince shared pictures of his previous jobs that helped build a bench wall around my tree which looks spectacular and neat. Tino and Frankie who also assisted Vince in this project were very respective and wonderful picking up all the mess after them each day and storing it neatly in a different spot. They also pressure washed off the rest of the patio pavers which had stubborn concrete stains left by the previous awful concrete workers and washed my building making it look brand new. In addition, Vince pointed out the clean out pipe covered under the concrete before Gravity project took on my project which would have been a disaster if anything were to be clogged in the plumbing pipes. Vince communicated with me regularly to give me updates in the works or walk through to see if everything was coming along according to my expectations and wanted to be sure I was Happy.
