"We had a couple of meetings with Jeff; we told him what we are looking for in terms of color and ease of care. He drew up a plan and we went over it again. We cut down on the number of perennials, to save on costs. The morning the work started, Jeff came over with 3 laborers, he marked where every plant was supposed to go, etc, etc. The laborers knew what to do, were very polite and cleaned up after they were done. Later, Jeff came by to check on the finished work. During the course of the summer, some of the perennials died. There was never any problem, Jeff would come over and replace the dead plants. The next spring, the river birch clump did not all make it, some of the branches were dead; again, there was no problem and the entire clump was replaced. <br />"

We called to let them know which plan we wanted, and they were able to come out within a week and a half of our call. The job was completed within just a few hours.
