"I regret giving over $80k to this contractor. Jim, Chase and all others did shotty work in my home and now their work needs to be redone by a professional. Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

All work was completed in about 8 business days and cleaned up before they were finished. This crew takes the time and puts the extra effort in with attention to detail. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"WOW... a contractor who is Reasonably Priced, Reliable, Communicative (stays in touch before, during and after the job) and PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH... this represents Lifetime Concrete. I live out of town and contracted with them (Brian - owner) to have existing porch steps and underlying pavement demolished and replaced for a family member in the Northampton, PA area. I can easily say that my experience with Brian and Jessica (Lifetime Concrete company coordinator who hand held me all the way thru the job) was one of the best "contractor experiences" I have ever had!! Imagine... a contractor who doesn't miss commitments, has no "surprises" and does quality work and who I HIGHLY recommend."

"In June of 2020, we signed a contract with Finishing Edge and gave them a 20% deposit. Unfortunately, the contract did not include a start date, and we felt ignored once they received the deposit. They rarely responded to emails or phone calls over the next 16 months, and frankly we were surprised to find them still in business when we visited their shop in search of a refund. When we requested a refund due to their inaction, they retained 25% of the deposit as a “design fee” for a sidewalk. Since they never got around to doing any work for us, we can't comment on their quality. However, we found their customer service to be essentially nonexistent. Despite the pandemic, simply returning phone calls or emails doesn't seem to be too much to ask. Do not give them a deposit unless you have a guaranteed start date or retain some other leverage. In our experience, they are happy to take your deposit and reluctant to do any work."
