"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "initially responsive and were able to give me a quote in the off-season to determine if I could afford the work needed to be performed. came out in spring and provided an accurate quote and were willing to come down in price when asked based on competitive quotes. although not the cheapest, (a) I developed a great relationship with the entire team, (b) the quality was worth the additional cost, and (c) they were able to complete the entire job within 1 day. while sometimes difficult to contact while in the off-season (phone is the most-effective communication), I would recommend them in the future."
