"I am a repeat customer and have utilized this company for the third time and I have recommended this company to several of the homeowners in my area. This year I have them out to do window washing and a small 5 x 12 area to be power washed. I was quoted $125 and scheduled the service. Two days prior to my scheduled date, I received an email saying my technician was on the way. When I contacted them to find out why they were coming out two days early, I was told that the technician is in my area and would like to come out today. It was 5 o?clock in the evening, but I allowed that. While the technician was power cleaning, I took my dog for a short walk. When I came back, the technician almost completed the work that I requested. As it turns out, he power washed my condo building more than I requested and charged me $175. In addition, he missed a window and I had to have them go back and clean the window valleys of my brand new windows. Do not use the service!"

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
