"Here is my review...I've copied the message I sent to them via Angie's List because this is how we made contact and our initial appointment. The work was done on a Friday in less than three hours. I had to leave so I did not have a chance to do a walk thru prior to them leaving. By the way they are a nice couple. But in my humble to be opinion, it seems they are mostly interested in getting first time business to validate the higher cost than they are at maintaining repeat business. Here is my message to them that was sent two days after the service. It's been three weeks and I have yet to receive a response. 5/12/2014 Hello? I wanted to give you all feedback regarding my housecleaning on this past Friday. I paid $150 for the first time visit with the understanding of it being a detailed cleaning; one request being that all my window sills were cleaned. However, that was not done and there were several areas not dusted at all including portions of the bathroom countertop, my bedroom dresser and living room table to name a few; my new closet mirrors were left with several water streaks; the bathroom mirror was not wiped down at all. Unfortunately, I was not there when you all left to do a final walk-thru and in good faith left the money in hopes that the job would have been complete. Please let me know when would be a good time for you to come back and complete the job or for some other arrangements.

"Excellent! They called me back right away to set up an appt time and showed up when they said they would. Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!"

They were honest enough to offer me a discount if i can bring the rugs to them or they can pick it up and it will cost a little more. 
The cleaning took 3 days and they came out brand new! fully worth it.
