"Feldpausch did a fantastic job on my home carpet cleaning. I had a horrible stain from a flower pot that spilled out. That stain was removed and the rest of the carpet was stain free by the time they finished. The Tech Charles deserves a 10 for the great job he did. I highly recommend this company !!"

"I have been with them for over two years. At first, everything was great. They went thru a period where they seemed to have a high turnover, but seemed to get past that. Then they became later and later past the appointment time. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they called me to let me know, but they did not. Then something happened about five weeks ago, they never showed. After an hour and a half late, I texted the owner, no response. I called the owner's cellphone and the office number and left messages with no response. I still never received a response. I honestly don't know if they are still in business. It seems that somebody would have called. I'm actually worried that something bad has happened. If not, this is extremely unprofessional."
