"I could not have had a better experience with New Image. Within 10 minutes of asking for a quote Jeremy called me and arranged to meet me to evaluate the project and give me an estimate, he even went out off his way to meet me after work and then some when I had to work late. Jeremy and his wife Tami came out personally gave me my quote and were out the next day to take care of this project. They are both amazing people, friendly, fair and the quality of their work is outstanding. This project turned out fantastic, unfortunately it uncovered a whole other issue that I was unaware of, a much bigger issue. Yet again Jeremy to the rescue, he took his time explaining to me exactly what needed to be done and step by step exactly how he would be able to address it. I am so happy that they were kind enough to take on this "small" job to help me out and I definitely will be reaching out to him tomorrow so that we can start to tackle this bigger issue. At this point I would not trust anyone else to work with on this. Highly recommend this company for many reasons and can not express how grateful I am to have met them and been able to work with them, big or small New Image is the company to call."
