He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem area and gave me a very complete explanation/estimate of what needed to be done. John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. Work was done as scheduled and the workers cleaned up every night - not a bit of debris left. They even took precautions overnight because there was a chance of rain and thankfully they did because it rained. "Devin of Mikku & Sons Roofing, came to my home in Glendale, Az yesterday afternoon (6/28/2023) and did an inspection of my roof on my 2 story house. He found about 10 tiles that were cracked, 2 corner tiles that were missing, & one place where there was a large enough gap for rain to do damage. He also found several tiles that were loose & about to fall off the edges. His price: $375, which I felt was fair. He did part of the work yesterday & finished it up this morning. I could have probably done the repairs myself, but I doubt that I would have done as good a job as he did, because roofing is not my line of work, & when it comes to a roof, if you have any leaks, you could end up with costly damages. I found Devin to be sincere & honest, dependable, & concerned. He was up-front about his price and did not try to nickel & dime me out of any more money. I recommend Mikku & Sons Roofing highly."
